Protection of Personal Data Code

Under Art. 13, Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 - "Protection of Persons and other Parties with respect to the Handling of Personal Data", the data you have provided in compiling the form on this site or on subsequent occasions, may be handled with or without the use of electronic or automated means.

Handling of personal data shall fully comply with the General Opinion of the Controller’s Office of 03.06.2004 no. 22457, on the handling of personal data in forensic activity.
Handling involves operations or sets of operations for data collection, registration, organization, storage, processing, modification, extraction, use, interconnection, notification, diffusion, deletion and destruction.
Handling shall be effected pursuant to principles of good practice, lawfulness and transparency and according to the security measures provided by law, using means which prevent the risk of loss or destruction (also accidental) of data or non-authorized access.

The purposes of the above handling are:

• to send you reply emails;
• to contact you by post, telephone or fax.

The data you provide shall not be lent or sold to or exchanged with other organizations, unless with your express consent.

Provision of data is voluntary. However, failure to provide information may, in some cases, make it impossible to fully comply with your request.
